July to August a rapid release and slow release nitrogen granular fertilizer with liquid broadleaf spot spray. **Please note if you are in a newly established lawn like a neighborhood an insecticide is highly recommended.
(Fall) September to October
Slow release high nitrogen granular fertilizer and liquid broadleaf spray. ** Be sure to schedule your aeration and overseed with us. This is the prime time to get that thick beautiful lawn**
(Winterizer) November to December
Slow release high nitrogen granular fertilizer.
***State laws have changed for applicators in 2025, we are no longer required to post a property or leave a document at the door stating the treatment has been performed. However, we will still flag your lawn so you are aware we have been there. Do not water your lawn for 24 hours after the application has been made. For best results do not cut your lawn lower than 3.5.”***
